Will Recommend it - My other half and I came across this book “Head Over Heels About Gymnastics Floor Skills” by chance, while we were browsing the desertcart website for easy-to-follow Pictorial Gymnastics Books for one of our children. It might be aimed at young readers i.e. children aimed between 3years and 10years, BUT it’s definitely very comprehensive and easy-to-follow, so much that I myself now KNOW and can just about do an “ARABESQUE” : This is a pose in which one stands on one leg extended in front and the other leg and arm extended behind. We are DEFINITELY impressed with the dedication and progress our 12 year old teenager is making with her gymnastics practice using this gymnastics book we’ve purchased for her. Our hope is that in the near future, we would be able to enrol her in a gymnastics class for her to learn more things and have more fun. The book is made of hardback material that will not break easily, can easily be wiped clean. Moreover, the book has been made in such a way that it can be stood up so that one can view and do the floor gymnastics exercises. IF one has very young children, it would be HIGHLY recommended that they are supervised, so they do NOT injure themselves. I hope you find my review of Assistance in PURCHASING this Gymnastics Book I can’t RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Thank you so much for READING my Review. Review: Good book - Purchased for Xmas, my grandaughter can easily follow the instructions, clear pictures, nice little book ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | 19,255 in Books ( See Top 100 in Books ) 9 in Children's Books on Gymnastics 18 in Books on Sports & Outdoors for Young Adults | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 505 Reviews | ## Images ![Head Over Heels About Gymnastics Floor Skills - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81maulVCJkL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Book!
