So happy with this product. I’ve had a problem with snoring for many years and tried so many things that haven’t worked but this is brilliant. It took a couple of days to get it into the right position and with the right pressure but now I seem to have it right. For the last 2 nights my husband has told me that I haven’t snored at all!! I have done some research on this and it looks like it is applying pressure to the heart meridian line that links to the throat and as my snoring problems are caused by the throat it is the perfect product. It didn’t work perfectly the first night because I had the pressure part of the ring applied to the outside of my little finger and not the inside part, this seemed to make a difference for me. Then it worked perfectly on the second night when I wore it with the pressure points on the inside of my little finger. Then ok the third night I forgot to put it on 30 mins before I went to sleep, I put it on as I went to bed and fell asleep quickly and my husband said I snored again and I had a restless night too. So it is important I have found to put it on 30 mins before you go to bed and position the ring correctly for it to work. This is one of the best products I have ever bought and I am so grateful.

When measuring my finger, the size fell right between small and medium. I ordered the small size. However, when I received the item the ring that arrived was too small for my finger. Further, there was no set of instructions packed with the item. I had to search online to find out how to use the ring. The ring was very pinchy when fitted and following the instructions (placing on the little finger 30 mins before sleep), my snoring was exactly the same during the night. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the ring actually being too small for my finger but as there is no option given for a return/change of size and no instructions were provided in the box, I cannot recommend this item.

This was bought as a joke, but it worked on me for about 10 years, better than the electric shock straps I used to have or a punch in the arm from the other half.

Not reliable, reduces the volume of snoring a little but has not stopped it.

I will update this post in the future, but I received this yesterday and used for the first time last night. My partner told me this morning that I didn't snore once (which is unheard of!) and I felt like I actually slept better! I bought a few different 'anti snore' items to try and this was the one I was most sceptical about, but the first one I tried as I was really hoping it would work! It seemed to good to be true, a simple ring, so much less intrusive than the other devices on the market. My partner seems really impressed this morning, and I'm hoping it continues to work so I don't have to use the other more cumbersome and less comfortable items I'd bought to try. :) I bought the smallest size and had to bend it in a fair amount to fit. It's not easy to pinch it with your fingers to reduce the size as the instructions suggest as the metal is quite thick, but I was able to reduce the size easily with pliers. Given the instant results I seemed to have had, the fact that it's just a small ring and unnoticeable to the wearer, this is an absolute 5 star item!

This did seem too good to be true! but, after reading a few reviews I thought I'd go for it... My husband is still snoring... LOUDLY 😴 waste of money.

I have to admit I was getting desperate when I bought this, having had no luck with any of the other products on the market. It did all sound a bit new age ish, taking about the Ulna nerve in the little finger being linked to snoring, and there I was thinking that snoring came out of my mouth, but hey what do I know, I'm not a doctor. Turns out that snoring continued emanating from my mouth (tbc) despite wearing this mystical ring of power, and so I was once again relegated to the spare bedroom. My missus went so far as to say that when wearing it my snoring was even louder! could that be a thing? Have I misunderstood and bought some sort of snoring enhancer? My advice is, use a low tog duvet (you're more likely to roll onto your back and snore more if you are hot in bed (and I don't mean that kind of 'hot' - wink wink!)) No PJs for the same reason, keep the window open to keep the air flowing in the room, and the door open if possible, and get your missus some good quality earplugs for her birthday, they love that kinda thing, the little darlins.

Have tried lots of other anti snore devices and can honestly say that this is the best one. It's hard to imagine how it works really, although I know it's based on acupuncture which works for some but not others. Anyway, I would recommend you try this. What I have noticed happens (well it happened with a previous ring that I had from a different seller), is that it works for about 6 months and then suddenly I get complaints that I am snoring again. Then I know it's time to get another one. for the money, this is not an issue and it certainly means my wife gets a good nights sleep too - so do I for that matter!

Außer das es am Finger tierisch weh tut verhindert oder verringert sich das Schnarchen überhaupt nicht. Leider ist keine Rückgabe des Produkts möglich, schade.

ne fonctionne absolument pas , commentaires supposément des vendeurs et/ou influenceurs pour faire acheter. bague essayé aux auriculaires des 2 mains , plus ou moins sérrée , au milieu de l'articulation comme collé pres de la paume , aucun effet ni abaissement des ronflements. autant partir sur des produits du nez et/ou une opération car ce produit est purement inutile .
