Belladonna 28 Medicated Plaster, 28cm x 7.5cm

I have used these cloth plasters cut into narrow strips as dressings for an injured toe ! It was looking very red and was very painful. Wrap the belladonna strip around and it acts to defend and protect the toe from further damage, relieve pain and treat swelling and redness. NO problem direct to skin for me any way. The only negative is the Seller. Too expensive. I was distracted when buying and hadn't noticed the quantity. I had previously bought THREE plasters for the cost of ONE from this seller. RIP OFF won't use them again. PARKEM Retail I think. BUT, do not let them put you off this very good product. Local pharmacy sold one for just under £5 this seller is a robber selling it at over £11 !

Arrived when expected. Needed a product to alleviate painful back, this does the job, completely.

Having sufferred with osteoarthritis for more than 20 years, and awaiting a knee replacement. I had to stop taking my anti-inflamatories as they weren't helping the pain and were irritating my stomach. My husband has used belladona plasters for years and suggested I tried a strip across my knee, I couldn't believe the difference in my knee within a couple of hours, not only did the pain ease, but the swelling went down and I could walk for further without pain. I know these aren't a cure but they help manage your arthritis I only wish I'd tried them years ago. Would point out however, that after buying 3 large sheets through Amazon found I could have bought these from my local chemist at £1.75 a sheet cheaper, but I still feel they are worth the higher price I paid.

One of the oldest and best things to buy on the market. It does help ease the pain. I found that I'm slightly allergic to the plaster but it's a little price to pay if I'm getting relief. The removal did hurt but again only for a short time. They are much cheaper to buy in the chemist then Amazon as an £9 price tag is quite expensive. I aways keep a spare.

Totally ineffective product; a shadow of it's former formulation of the fifties & sixties! Belladonna Plaster used to be a household name during my childhood because my granny as well as my parents used the well-trusted product; & they really believed in its benevolent properties! It really worked to relieve any aches & pains they suffered from. But alas, now-a-days, that almost miraculous pain relieving properties are no more since the manufacturers changed the all-important adhesive part of the plaster from the black, tar-like, miraculous, medicated adhesive to some useless pale grey glue we now see on the once supreme Belladonna Plaster! It is such a pity that they have not retained the super efficient black, gooey, medicated adhesive of the past to this day. Granny used to cut the plaster to the required size & shape, gently warm the cut-out over a light flame & quickly stick it to the affected area of pain &, almost instantly, it went to work relieving the pain as well as providing support! What we have now is totally useless! I shan't be purchasing this product anymore. What a shame! Manufacturer, take note & reinstate the old-time, well-proven, black adhesive formula & get to work relieving people's aches & pains like you used to do! Sincerely, Isaac Cohen.

This is really the best pain relief patch you can buy. It sticks well and definitely relieves pain. Its difficult to get off but quick sharp rip and its done. Quite expensive really but i cut 2 x 2 inch patches off and apply when im going out for the evening, they really do relieve my neck pain.
