This Step Drill Bit Set is great for drilling holes when making modifications where consistent holes are needed. I really like the 5-piece set, when ordinarily 3-piece sets are offered. The set comes in a nice plastic case. I recommend this to anyone making modifications or upfits on vehicles and equipment. What a time saver.

Initially sharp, ran extremely dull from first use in mild steel. I use lower rpms, oil and not allowing the bit to heat soak. Still dulled out and did not complete the first use of 1" hole.
