Q: Is bosch pst 800 pel jigsaw able to cut steel tubes (diameter 25mm, thickness 0.7mm)?

With the correct blade the jigsaw will cut 5mm thick steel. So at 0.7mm thickness of tube I would think it would cut the tube, as long as the blade is long enough for the 25mm diam. tube.

Q: Do i need to buy an adapter to attach it to a vacumm cleaner? If yes which one and where can i get it?

No adapter is provided with the jigsaw. The extraction nozzle is round, very slightly tapered, and approx 30mm outer diameter at its mid-point; so you need a connector having an inner diameter of 30mm.

Q: the jigsaw has arrived with no blades- is this correct please?

Look underneath the jigsaw and you will see a longish red plastic container which forms part of the foot. Slide this out with some difficulty and you will find is is hollow. Open it which takes some fathoming out and you should find two blades hidden in there. Then close it and try and get it back in the foot. Nothing is simple about this task but at least you should only have to do it once as there is loads of room in the case for storing blades. Hope this helps.
