Excellent product, been using for years
I am a regular buyer of the Nikwax Softshell and use it for all my camping and motorcycle equipment. Easy to apply and I recommend two coats, allowing the first to dry before applying the second. Works well but doesn't last very long on motorcycle gear due to the constant friction and rubbing on the material. As for the tent, it's awesome, water just beads and runs off which is really handy when packing away early morning!

My softshells had started to wick up rainwater. After a clean with Techwash, saturation with this Softshell Proof and a light iron under a mesh ironing guard, my jacket and trousers are again providing some resistance to rainwater, and beading up for light showers.

Good waterproofing !
Used for waterproof gortex coats ! Worked well but doesn’t last long ! About two months then reapply !

Easy to apply with positive results
These small bottles are just enough to reproof two softshell jackets. It does work!!

Excellent product
This is a fantastic product it says 2 items I manged to get all these done just tested it by spraying water on them and it beaded off everything will definitely buy again when needed

What can I say
I don't know if it worked I haven't worn the jacket in the rain since I did it. The most I can say is it didn't appear to do the jacket any harm. It is only shower proof anyway. I didn't really want to write a review but it sits there in the Amazon list annoying me. I must find out how to get rid of the ones I don't want to review.

Easy to apply, BUT Smells so bad.
Ive used other products like this over the years but i have to say the smell of this product is vile. even now the coat i spraye it on has dried, it smells so bad so expect the clothing you spray it on to smell of a mix between rubber/industrial glue with a hint of chemical. if you can get past that i guess this is the product for you.

Complètement efficace ! J'imperméabilise en machine puis après un essorage minimum, je spray le tissu encore trempé !
