I’m very happy indeed to give these a 5 star rating! They test the water safety levels by measuring that the ph balance, chlorine content, absence of algae etc so that I know beyond guessing that my hot tub is safe to relax in. They’re really easy to use, giving the test result in seconds, and I can trust they’re functioning correctly each time because it’s a basic chemical reaction readout, not a measured digital reading. Very happy with these indeed, and they’re certainly the go-to test strip for protecting our family and friends.

These are the best strips we have had for the use in our hot tub. These results are easy to read after you have dipped the water and the colours match well to the colours on the bottle. work well in any water quality.

Verified these against two different brands and found them to be completely wrong on alkalinity, Wlwhich is now sky high as they indicated the need for ph+, and almost zero chlorine. Hottest week of the year coming next week and the pool is unusable 🤬 Avoid!

No point buying expensive, they all stop working 6 months after working. These are in packs of foil, so might last bit longer. Good product at a good price.

Not as good as the ones I usually buy the colours are different and take longer to change colour.

This listing has 2 different products, this review is for "Home Water Testing Kits for Drinking Water: 18 in 1 200 Strips + 5 Bacteria Tests Kit" Our household water is 100% supplied by rain catchment, which is normal for our area. Every household has to capture, store, and treat their own water. The water comes from roof runoff, so the water contacts many surfaces between the sky and the glass the water is served in. These test strips help us determine how well our water treatment components work. The first test I ran tested water at the kitchen faucet. I was surprised that it was a little high in copper, but then I realized I forgot to let the water run for a bit before testing it. So I let it run for about 30 seconds and tested it again. Copper levels on the second test were normal. The copper result from the first test were a result of testing water that was sitting in our copper pipes. I was impressed that the test strips were sensitive enough to report the difference. The tests also accurately reported that our water is acidic. I already knew this from our digital pH meter, but it was good to get confirmation of another accurate test from the strips. The digital meter gives a PRECISE reading, but I'm not doing lab work and don't need that level of granularity, and the digital meter requires a time-consuming calibration process. From now on, I'm just using these strips. These strips are fast and accurate, and the kit comes with a LOT of them. I will buy this product again... eventually.
