I have been mugged, and here's why; I take BCAA to help me maintain muscle and to offset DOMs, but I try and vary the suppliers I use and not use the same product over and over - a bit like using different exercises to keep muscle groups and your body from getting used to the same thing. So, I had a search around on Amazon, saw all the positive reviews for this product (this is not the issue, and before I took these tabs I knew they would work), and bought some because I fell for the sucker punch of marketing packaging and the word Xtreme. Turns out that they are exactly the same as the last batch I bought from a different supplier, but have a nice metal lid on the bottle. Apart from that, they are identical because they are made by the same manufacturer and bottled for different companies. What's the big deal, I hear you ask? They cost me nearly 20% more than my other tablets. So, Iron Labs get a one-star rating to make everyone aware that they are squeezing the profit margin for all it's worth, and for feeding me a line of marketing BS that I took, hook, line, and sinker. With a bit of luck they might read this and realign the price..

The product I got had unpleasant and plasticky smell to it. The insides of the bottle is powdery, the pills are big and powdery. Not sure if they send me a faulty/expired product (The Date of expiry says 03/2026) or that's just how it is supposed to be. I tried but just the taste and smell is a big no for me. Just opening the bottle makes me feel nauseas. Wouldn't recommend it.

Received this item with the internal seal broken and some tablets look different (discoloured) what a waste of money since I can't be sure that they are safe to consume! No way to contact the seller. So disappointed. Please avoid!

Upfront - I was asked to provide a review on this product by the seller but to get in direct contact with them if I had any issues prior to doing so. I didn't have so here we are. Delivery - Product was delivered promptly in secured state Packaging - like most amazon products over-packaged to the extreme but that isn't the seller's fault. Bottle itself works. Product - I've used both the flavoured and unflavoured variety of these - both are good in terms of size (flavoured variety I used were chewable and larger in size but still easy to swallow for me) Performance - They are doing their job as expected/promised a solid product backed up by their own guarantee. I've obviously re-ordered in the past and will do so again in the future as my Overall - This product has so far proved 100% reliable and the straightforward approach of the seller suits me. If that changes I will revisit. Note - No supplement is a cure-all, magic bullet or wand - you still need to commit to putting the effort in and ensure your nutrition is appropriate. If you aren't going to do that don't waste your money and accept yourself as you are.

Good product. Not had to much time to see the effects but initial thoughts are that it seems to be benefitting my training. Quicker recovery times already noted. Will be continuing to use.

Good product, but the pills are too big.

I bought these after reading the good reviews and hoping to lose a little bit of weight. Unfortunately despite eating healthy and exercising daily I haven't seemed to lose much.

Personally I've found this to be the best BCAA supplement I've ever used. It ticks all the boxes for me. Firstly the tablets are small and very easy to swallow. You only need to have 4 a day to reap the rewards. Secondly they don't have any taste to them whatsoever. The tablets are also suitable for vegetarians, which is ideal for my dietary requirements. I've found them to be excellent value for money as it lasts me about 6 weeks. Lastly and most importantly however, they have made a noticeable difference to my workout, by providing me with added energy during sessions. I certainly feel the pain the next day if I forget to take them pre workout.
