I think these Patches are amazing and well worth the money. They prevent soreness, itching and scabbing and certainly Heal the sore a lot quicker than cream. They can cover the unsightly sore and can also be covered with make up. The only problem I found was it left marking from the Cold sore on the Skin after Healing which again can be covered with concealer but this does eventually fade. A problem I found was that sometimes the Patch would not connect to the Skin of contact having to pick it of the strip and sometimes getting wasted also I applied the Patch on first onset but it still developed, however still very good and wouldn’t be without them now.

I've had an almost constant stream of coldsores due to treatment I'm undergoing. My most recent one was very large and extremely painful. I've used acciclovir both oral and cream to no avail. I find these little plasters to be far better than any other form of treatment. And they ensure people aren't looking at me as though I'm typhoid Mary quite as much. A fair price for a good product that provides a lot of relief. I've no photos to post, as they are a bit of a jump scare. Very effective at treating and relief and I find they are strong adhesion to the skin.

First time using this product and I'm very impressed. Ordered after onset, so didn't start using until 2 days after inital onset. Provides limited physical contact with the coldsore and stopped the itching and cracking that occurs. Easy to use and barely noticeable. Coldsore had cleared up in about 1 week. Will definitely ensure that I keep a stock of these in the house

These patches were helpful in managing my cold sores and made a noticeable difference while they were in use. They’re easy to apply, especially with the included applicator, and stayed in place well once applied. I found them particularly useful at night. The patch turns white as it works, which makes it quite noticeable during the day, but this isn’t an issue overnight and allows it to do its job undisturbed. They provided good protection and helped shield the area while healing. One thing to be aware of is removal, it can be a little uncomfortable if you’re not gentle, so taking care when peeling it off definitely helps. Overall, they were effective for me, easy to use, and something I would buy again.

I applied my first patch when my lip began tingling with the start of a coldsore, then used these ‘stickers’ continuously for 4 days. They’re very discreet and stay on for upto 12 hours if you’re careful when eating + drinking. The cold sore didn’t erupt in the usual way but went away after 4 days so they were effective in my experience.

I have no idea what these little miracle patches are but I ordered them 2 days ago as I had a huge cold sore on my top lip that had already erupted and cracked. I have put the patches on now for 2 nights and it’s already healed there is no longer a cold sore just the skin needs to heal but can hardly see it now. I’m so buzzing as usually by this stage my cold sores are usually scabbing and not very nice to look at! I will stock up on these little miracle patches now!

The Compeed cold sore patches do help protect and speed up healing, but I found a few issues. If you put them on the inner part of the lip, they come away quite quickly and don’t stay in place. Also, for men with facial hair, the adhesion isn’t great — they tend to peel off. Useful product overall, but not perfect. Works best on smooth, hair-free areas.

These are a lifesaver! Covers the cold sore discreetly and helps it heal quicker. Stayed on all day and made me feel way less self-conscious 💯

Genuinely thought these wouldn’t work but I’m so glad I gave them a try. They genuinely made my cold sore disappear in 2 days. Works like a charm.

I would have given it 5 star if I had received the new version of the patch with the new applicator. I ordered two boxes (from Metropharma shipped by Amazon) and one was the new applicator and one was the old version (expiring in 9 months). The old version is horrible - it’s so hard to put on, the sticker stretches so much that once it’s glued it rolls back very quickly. Waste of money! The new version works super well and it’s easy to put on. The course of the blister is still about a week but at least you’re not suffering during that week! It’s quite well explained in the instruction booklet in a diagram. The sticker stays put for even longer than 12 hours. I would highly recommend the new version, but maybe not guaranteed from this seller.
