Engaging Puzzle
Great product, easy to put together, seems very sturdy. Neither too easy or difficult and cat played with it within minutes of putting it together. Good value for money. Would recommend.

Great slow feeder!
My cat absolutely loves this! Took her a bit of time to work it out, but once she got it she was definitely a fan! It makes dinner a bit more interesting and slows down her eating. The only drawback is I'm not 100% sure how to take it apart to clean it more easily, but I'd say it's definitely worth it.

Prevents cat from eating too fast and lets her eat in a more fun way
It's entertaining for us and the cat, who now gets to use her paws and sit up to dig for her food! Initially, our cat was unable to use the tree, so we had to teach her by putting our fingers in the tree to drop her food into the tray below. She now enthusiastically grabs food, and it sometimes looks as if she is "hunting" them. She is now a healthier weight and does not eat too quickly or overeat, which was the main reason we got this tree. The plastic doesn't hurt her paws. Our cat stands on top of the base of the tree, so it doesn't fall over. She is not very tall but she can still reach the top of the tree. The only thing I might suggest as a caution is there might be loose pieces of plastic peeling off of the tree when you first get it (I think it is to do with the manufacturing process), but it was good that after this we could not find any plastic peeling off. This is the only reason I knocked off a star. This food tree great value for money and ideal for any cat who has a tendency to eat too fast.

Like bees to a hive!
Assembly was quick and easy and done in a matter of 6 simple, self explanatary steps. Will be nice and easy to dismantle too for washing which is great. The clan immediately came running when they heard dry food being dished out, however, what they weren't expecting was having to work for their dinner! My eldest was straight in but got frustrated very quickly as she likes to eat fast. This is exactly what I wanted for her though, both for speed of eating and weight management, so 👍🏻 already. My middle cat has definitely been the most engaged with it so far and loves to push food out just for fun. My kitten has so far only watched from a distance as he's still learning about the pecking order at meal times. He has had a little go though and in typical ginger cat style, can't quite work out what he needs to do to get his favourite kibble!

Great upgrade to a brilliant product
I had the old version for my cat, she would sometimes twang it and her meaty food pellets would go flying. This new version has a solid plastic base to replace the rubber mat, that cures the twanging problem. It is a brilliant feeder. It’s not perfect, I’d suggest putting a rubber ring in that came with the original version, they made great fuss about it’s sensory feel being important to cats. The new style lid has bars across the opening, that stops the more intelligent can from just eating the food out of the top section without bothering with the maze. But the downside is it makes putting in her meaty pellets a bit awkward. Perhaps the bars could be made as an optional insert, choice of a narrow ring or the bars. My cat’s main diet is meaty pellets, I use this instead of a bowl, this way she eats when hungry and only enough she’s prepared to get out. As a result her weight has been flat, healthy, and in range for years. I strongly recommend this products to cats and their staff.

Great for the cats.
Seen this in a pet shop and thought it was good idea to keep the cats entertained although I’m glad I looked online as it nearly half the price so was great value and cats really like playing with it.

Big but stable with different challenge levels
My cats enjoy this in rotation with other food puzzles. Easy to assemble, big and stable enough for 2 cats to use it together - but tricky to store away. Better build quality that the catit digger - no tricky rubbery ring.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. LOW GRADE CHINESE RUBBISH
The sales pitch panders on daft Brit & US folks (like me) giving their cats ' stimulation and earning their food ' etc. We fell for this, a simple click £15 down the pan and more plastic. THE IDEA - instead of a bowl of biscuit, your cat learns to play, pop its paws in and get biscuits which cascade down. THE REALITY - a greedy cat will still get all it wants. A less clued up cat will look sadly at the contents but be unable to get any. This is bad. OURS - we've 2 eleven year old Siberian Forest Cats. Very bright and capable. One is quite thin but very food driven - sadly she could not get the hang of this (even having sat watching the other). Her sister is well built but not too food driven, she soon got the hang of putting a paw in and getting one or two biscuits. But on one occasion got a claw trapped/stuck in there & had to be released. So overall a complete waste of money & does not do the job. ## AVOID ##

This is an accent product to get your cat to play and interact with while eating. It's a great way to slow down a cat that eats its food too quickly. The quality of the product is excellent and don't forget to sin up for the free Catit online mag, great for cat lovers :)
