Good Reading for Beemerfiles
Disliked negativity in some chapters

A must for the E30 owner
If you are into the BMW E30 this book is a must read. Very interesting and detailed although it will not help you with any restoration techniques.

Changes the way you look at your E30.
If you're picking up a 30-year-old E30 and considering he path from beater to classic, this book is a huge and entertaining read to help you get that journey started. Think of this as a supplement to the repair manual, the online forums, and the other how-to guides out there. This relies on the manual, and assumes you'll be ready to look up other things along the way. But it provides significant detail that fills in gaps between what you see in the manual and what you encounter in your driveway on your particular model. Best of all, it's written in an engaging style with a sense of humor. For me, it made the difference between "this is all too much" to "I can do this, and it will be fun!" This will change the way you look at your E30. The days of anxiety and exasperation, where every bent or broken thing is an unwanted repair, will be morphed into days of dabbling, where those things are each a mini-project to be tackled for the betterment of your classic in the making.
