Grenade High Protein, Low Sugar Bar - Dark Chocolate Mint, 12 x 60 g

Very nice protein bars. They are the best I've tried because they have lots of protein whilst still being tasty and have a nice texture. They are just the right size for a snack after the gym and they don't make me feel heavy and tired like some other protein products do. I think when bought in large quantities like this they are a great value for money as they are much cheaper than buying them individually at the supermarket. They are low in sugar and carbs making them ideal for the gym.

I bought these to try the range. Grenade bars are very yummy, good calories and high in protein. The taste is just like eating something naughty, they are filling, convenient and much healthier then other bars on the market. Good quality, not dry, easy to eat and I definitely think this pack is value for money.

Okay guys, this one is the best flavour in the Grenade range. The dark chocolate mint is exceptionally rich, smooth, not overly sweet, and genuinely satisfying. Every bite feels slightly different, like a little symphony of flavours. It might be me and my taste buds.m but I think whoever created this bar clearly understood both taste and human psychology. Genius, honestly. My only wish? A smaller version, maybe around 35g. Not because the taste isn’t incredible, it’s because you can’t stop until it’s gone. Saving half a bar “for later” is basically a psychological battle, and let’s be real… this bar is too good to stop halfway. A smaller portion would be perfect for those wanting to reduce calorie intake without the drama and mental gymnastics of self-control. When you eat a smaller bar, that’s it! Portion done, mind at peace. That said, the flavour is so good that finishing the full bar feels inevitable… and slightly dangerous 🤣.

These are a really good size protein bar, 13g protein, 2g a sugar totalling in at 172 calls means they are an excellent snack and pick me up. I think they are healthy in moderation but that is all up to your own perspective. I have one nearly every day to top up my protein intake and have an on the go snack that I know is probably better for me than a typical chocolate bar. They are a nice treat each day without just eating junk food. They are very expensive unfortunately other wise I would give them 5 stars. I know they are also limited edition but part of me is hoping they stick all year round. They are soft protein bars and I am someone who prefers crunchy ones generally but the texture of these is really nice. I will say though if you are expecting this to taste just like a creme egg, it doesn't. It's more "inspired by" instead of a direct copy.

The Grenade OREO White bars legit feel like you’re getting away with something. White chocolate coating, crunchy Oreo bits, soft centre. It’s not dry, it’s not chalky, and it doesn’t have that weird artificial aftertaste that makes you question your life choices. It genuinely tastes like a snack, not “fitness food.” 21g protein is solid. Low sugar. Macros are clean enough that I can throw one in mid-morning or post-workout without derailing anything. And it actually keeps me full, which is rare. Some bars disappear from your stomach like a side quest reward. This one sticks around. Only thing: it’s dense. This is not a light airy Rice Krispie situation. Have water nearby and respect it. Overall verdict? If you’re cutting but still want something that feels like a treat, this is one of the few bars that doesn’t feel like a compromise. Will absolutely buy again.

I originally bought the Grenade Chocolate Chip Salted Caramel bar for one sensible reason: the low sugar profile. I absolutely did not expect my taste buds to stage a full-scale celebration every time I opened the wrapper. The flavour is unreal. The salted caramel is rich and buttery without being sickly, the chocolate chips add just the right bite, and the whole thing tastes far more like a dessert than a protein bar. If someone blindfolded me and handed one over, I would never guess this was a “healthy-ish” snack. Texture is spot on too. Soft, chewy centre with crunchy bits throughout, no chalky aftertaste, no protein-powder vibes, just pure indulgence in bar form. Now the problem… I’m genuinely addicted. I keep reaching for one “just as a treat” and suddenly realise I’m checking my cupboard to see how many are left. Bought them for nutrition, stayed because my palate refuses to let me leave. Perfect for post-gym, afternoon slump, or when you want something sweet without demolishing your sugar intake. If you like salted caramel and chocolate, proceed with caution… these disappear very quickly. Highly recommended. 🍫🔥

Absolutely LOVE this brand of protein bars and believe me I have tried a lot of different brands but these are my go too for that treat when your watching what you eat. Each bar literally tastes like what it's called and there is none of that disgusting rubbery like texture to them (if you know you know 😂) very pleased I will be buying a lot of the flavours 👌🏽

I started buying these as a way to swap out my usual "meal deal" chocolate bar for something healthier. I'd still get that sweet fix with significantly less sugar and a lot more protein. On that front, these deliver perfectly. The taste is very good - you definitely get the "Oreo" vibe, though you can tell it’s a healthy alternative rather than a pure sugar rush. It is less sweet than a standard candy bar and has a significantly chewier texture (which is standard for high-protein bars), but it satisfies the craving without the guilt. I usually buy the smaller bars, so this 60g size was a step up. While it’s a great size for filling you up when snackish, and hitting protein goals, I actually think the smaller one might be more manageable. These are decent value when on sale, though I'd probably hold off buying them at full price.
