Alpha Bravo is great! I was a little worried about his ability to become an arm or leg for Superion or Ultra Prime, that we would lose some of the transformation or articulation we get with other figures in the Generations line. That is not the case. What we get is a great looking Deluxe scale figure. He transforms from a good looking robot to a really nice helicopter. He comes with his own blaster, as well as the hand for Superion which folds up to become a really large double gatling gun. I really like the way Hasbro took the time to make the hand into something usable instead of just leaving it as a hand. When transformed into the arm, Alpha Bravo gives Superion some really good articulation. The connection point is really strong, unlike the Power Core Combiners from a few years ago that would just pop apart at any time. Well done Hasbro!

This is my favorite of the deluxe class Superion figures. The styling is great and his alt-mode is spot on. While some will complain that he's not an original Aerialbot, he brings some variety to the team. If you're reading the IDW comic book that follows the Combiner Wars story, you know there's at least a good story to go along with his addition.
