Very poorly made. Avoid this product.
There are no instructions with the lock set which normally would be ok if the lock set was decent. This set is actually impossible to install without some modifications to the poor manufacturing process. You can not actually assemble what comes in the box. I am a Handyman by trade and install at least 5 lock sets a week, I have actually used Kwikset lock sets before with no problem. If you are just a DIY homeowner you will have a terrible time with this lock set. You can see how the shaft won’t engage because of poor manufacturing in my photo. I had to use a Dremel tool to open the hole.

Good lock
All of a sudden my door lock wouldn't work. So, I decided to replace them. I did buy some graphite and that got my front door taken care of. I still decided to replace my back door lock. Worked great. I did it myself and I'm 72.
