To be honest I was not expecting amazing quality given the cheap price when compared to the bigger gaming companies, but when it arrived, oh my was I wrong. It has nice thickness, the top surface is very smooth and the mouse goes without a problem. I have also fit my bulky Razer Blackwidow on it as well and have plenty of space for my mouse movements. The material feels amazing, the artwork looks very cool, and for the past couple of months it hasn't shown any type of wear. The braided edges are amazing since the material will not start breaking nor get unglued (have had experiences with unbraided expensive pads that just unglued after a week of use). I wanted to mention that the keyboard does not slide at all, and if you do not have a keyboard wrist rest, depending on how you position it, you can use part of the pad as a wrist rest which is amazing. One final thing design wise is the bottom material of the mouse pad. It feels as it is the same material as the premium expensive mouse pads, and does not slide at all. Has a nice texture as well which helps it not to slide. From a gaming point of view, to be honest "bigger = better", after upgrading from my medium razer guliathus to this, it feels so much better when you have that extra area of covered desk. It just feels better while gaming in terms that it wont move as regular mouse pads do, your hand will not go off it while gaming, and you have the same surface for mouse and keyboard.Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would for sure recommend this mouse pad.
