Great item, packaging could be better to avoid damage in transit.
I have ordered quite a few bags over the past few months with no issues. Unfortunately, I ordered 4 bags recently and the order was split into 2 separate deliveries. First order came and boxes were damaged but bags ok. Second order came and again the boxes were damaged but both bags were split and I lost quite a bit of soil. I think the issue is mainly around damage caused in transit, however I think the bags need some extra bagging to avoid the bags being torn.

This has worked really well with my Tortoises house. It does get transferred into her water but isn't a problem, easy to filter out. Easy to keep clean
