The shampoo & conditioner are excellent products. I use daily and my hair is a lot fuller and it’s growing faster. There is no chemical smell at all!! Be aware that some of the reviews are for other products not associated with boosti bond. I use many of there products and love them all!!

Can you help on how to get the get the pumps to open on the shampoo or the conditioner

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with our pumps, that's not great at all! To unlock the mechanism of the pump, unscrew and then screw the neck on as tight as possible. Once the neck of the bottle is tightly fastened, twist the pump several times clockwise. This will release the pump. Please let me know if this doesn't work or if you have any further questions.
