Can you buy replacement blades for it

This is a high end razor and it is not necessary to change the blade, as you would not change the blade of high quality knife.Dovo, as well as other brands, offers special straps for sharpening the blades. This is the correct way of maintenance one should do!

I heard a lot of guys complaining about the durability of the scale(handle). Have anyone experienced that before?

The scales do feel a little weak but should be fine so long as you don’t apply too much pressure to them or drop the razor. To be honest I swapped my scales out for wooden ones a few months after buying it but that was a mostly cosmetics thing as the wooden scales aren’t really any stronger than the plastic
