This is an Excellent Wireless charger for the New Samsung Galaxy Note 8My new Galaxy Note8 is currently (!!) fast-charging on the Pulesen Wireless charging stand. It works perfectly with the 'Samsung Clear View Case for Galaxy Note 8', while the case is on the phone. This saves a lot of hassle - taking off and putting on the case - and makes the wireless charger supremely user friendly. Pop it onto the stand and it is charging - no messing. The charging pad comes with a usb lead, but without a charger plug. It is recommended that you use the genuine samsung fast-charger that comes with the phone - and it charges rapidly with this set up. Unlike some other wireless charging stands, which I read reviews of, this wireless charger does not have a light or flashing light whilst charging - this makes it ideal for a bedside locker. When you place the phone on the stand a green light flashes for a few seconds, & when it is charged it flashes again. No other lights. This seems to be a much neater shaped stand than any of the Samsung made round wireless charger, with the added benefit that the phone is in a more upright position. You can wirelessly charge with the phone either upright or horizontal.The phone fast-charged from 80% to 100% in 34 minutes (with the case on).Compared to Samsung wireless chargers, this is excellent value at under £16, and was supplied and delivered by Amazon in a few days.I will try this out for another few days & if it is consistent will be ordering 2 more. This wireless charger has really impressed me. I used a smaller disc wireless charger with my s5 in the past. But my new s9+ is a bit bigger, a bit heavier and the thought of leaving it face up where the cat can dance all over it made me nervous. So I decided to purchase one of these stand type chargers. This one is nicely rated to cope with lower wattages, so older phones, as well as the fast charge models and it has two coils so you can always find a good supported position for your device. The led on the front only comes on to tell you something important, so it flashes when you start and stop charging, but doesn't burn into your retinas all night when you're trying to sleep.So far I've found it does a great job of charging my Galaxy s9+ and I like the design of it too.

Have only been using a week so will have to see how it withstands long term use but so far, works perfectly.Haven't done a 0-100 charge as I don't like to let my phone dip below 50 if I can help it but charging a S8 Plus with a thick folio case works fine and charges around 40 percent in 45-60 minutes as far as I can tell.Build quality is better than it looks in images. It has a nice weight to it, not some flimsy piece of plastic like it looks.The rubber grip/footing helps and there's a strip for the bottom of the phone.Only measly negative is when you have headphones in, you can't place it on the device and continue using as it offsets the device and loses charging ability.And I found when horizontal charging does reduce charging speed, and if using the phone at the same time (video chat / full brightness) it actually loses battery (as in the phone is using more than it's getting), so not super great but if used as intended (vertical charging) then it works perfectly.

This arrived next day as stated.Neatly packaged. Plug into wireless charger micro usb. Then plug into socket. You shoukd get a blue light bar on the front of the stand. This changes to a few blinking green flashes then green when charging. It also fast charges on the Samsung 7 and the 8. (BOTH edge models)If you dont want to charge this way... You can also unplug it and just use it as a stand.*I have has this product now for roughly 3 months... it is still going strong. One slight additional point it doesnt behave well if your phone is in a case. Very reliable, it was cheaper than branded ones however this works exactly the same way, with as much reliability as them! I'd buy again for myself or as a gift.

Very nicely put together bit of kit. No idea how fast it charges my phone compared to normal 5w wireless chargers - all wireless chargers are slow compared to 10w iPad chargers, but great for a top up charge and certainly does the job. I particularly like the fact that the charging indicator light goes out after a few seconds - this makes it a good night stand option. I also like the minimalist manner in which it supports the phone - with no intrusion into the space of the phone on the front. UPDATE: I bought a second one I was so pleased with the first!

This is a nice charger, convenient and easy to use just pop your phone on top and it charges very quickly however I don't know if it's just mine but it only seems to charge when it wants to. I have had several occasions when I placed my phone on top woken up in the morning and found that it hasn't charged at all. I tried placing my phone on dead centre thinking I didn't place it on properly but even when the battery shows as charging in the morning it may have gone up slightly but not fully charged.

As someone who has had a few wireless chargers, I can definitely say that this is the best of the bunch.I paid nearly £40 for an official Samsung one, yet had the constant issue of trying to find the 'sweet spot' to get the charger to kick in and charge my phone. Even more frustrating was the occasional event where I'd get up in the morning to find the charge has stopped during the night and I had a half charged phone!No such issues with the Pulesen charger! The lip at the bottom securely captures my Samsung Galaxy S7 and the charge starts immediately, after a helpful short lived LED light at the bottom going Green to indicate that the wireless charging is on and working. After about 10 seconds it switches off.This helpful feature, along with the angle that it holds the phone at means that I can use my phone as a bedside clock during charge.The fast charge functionality works great (though of course it will be slower than when it's plugged in directly to the USB port), with a full charge from empty after about 1.5 hrs.The charger itself is sturdy and bit heavy, which in my opinion is a good thing, making less likely for the phone to make it top heavy when charging. It's made of good quality matte plastic.Set up is, of course, as easy as plugging it into the USB charger for your phone.Very happy with this purchase, for this of you who have had wireless charger woes, fear not, this charger works very well!

Bought this for a samsung S7 edge. Powered it with an original samsung USB wall plugs that came with the phone (normal and Adaptive fast charge works fine and had no issue with it like i did on a different model i bought and returned). Was already aware that the option on my phone "fast wireless charging" will only appear if used with original samsung charger, so I had accepted it would charge at normal rate only. So I was pleasantly surprised after testing with samsung USB & cable and back to this wireless to find the option had appeared somehow. So I enabled it and indeed "fast charging" shows up when charging wirelessly. So am pleased with this result. The LED does go out once charging starts would of preferred it to stay on to give comfort of charging.I am able to charge my phone while it has its silicon case on and also a rectangle magnetic plate at the back near the bottom (for magnetic car mount). if the magnetic plate is higher it won't charge. At half the price of a samsung charger am quite please. Cannot comment yet as to how durable it is---update2 months on and my phone heats up because of the charger and disables itself from charging. Cannot return product hence the downgrading to 1 star
