Premier 1.5 Litre Table Top Compact Stone Wet Grinder

I use the grinder for making chocolate. So far only made just one batch. I was afraid the chocolate might become dry in some way in a heated environment, but it turned out well. Turned the machine on at about 22 hrs and of at about 7 am. I used 400 grams totally of cacao, butter and stevia sugar. I wanted to make about 88% pure chocolate. Altough it was a litlle bit too bitter, the chocolate was really smooth. Happy with the grinder.

I've been using my grinder for months now. I've made perfect chocolate several times, nut butters and coconut butter. Coconut butter I make about 1-1.5kgs at least every two weeks. As happy as can be. Edit: The centre post of my unit had a mark on when I got it, but I didn't think anything of it. That mark turned out to be a crack that recently got a lot worse. It still worked fine though. I contacted PGP and I had no hassle once I showed them the problem. They promptly sent out a new bowl. I'm very happy with this company and will not hesitate buying from them again. Thanks PGP.

Loving using this machine to make chocolate, so easy to use, just put ingredients in and leave it to run

I am no happy with this because i tryed to use in the first time and it do not work the way it showed. Let me explain: I read all instrution before use. I put it work with some cocoa bean pre-grinder, and it worked good. But, a second later i switch off and, instant later, i switch on it do not work again. So, i until now i am trying put it work. I do not what can be or fix that. Help.

I used it to made tahini from sesame. But I also made pistachio tahini 😁 and walnuts tahini. I just love it!!
