Wrong type of Magnesium for me (and maybe you)
Important to note, this is magnesium hydroxide. This isn't as easily absorbed into your body. I very quickly feel the effects of too little magnesium, and I noticed that all my usual symptoms came straight back after using this magnesium for a week or so. Important to know that if this product doesn't work for you, you need to look at different types of magnesium that are more easily absorbed.
