How long will this keep once opened?

It depends on who you are buying from through amazon. Some companies offer free delivery. Others dont.

Do these have a long Best Before date?

The current bag I have has until February 2017, was purchased Saturday, not through Amazon though!

Is it suitable for Guinea Pigs ?

It's just timothy hay so yes. Guinea pigs should have access to an unlimited supply of fresh timothy or meadow hay, whichever they prefer (if you're unsure, get a small bag of each and see which one they go for).
