Within 1 hour of taking these,you'll notice when you go to the toilet your urine is bright yellow. Thats the vitamins going down the toilet. That indicates a bad quality vitamin that your body is not retaining. AVOID

Good vitamin - Makes your pee luminous
I've taken these for a couple of weeks now. I've noticed it improves my energy levels. The pills are quite large. Makes your pee abnormally saturated. Like the brightest yellow/ green pee I've seen. I don't know the science behind it but it's pretty cool. Just make sure you don't miss the bowl and get it anywhere cos it will be really obvious. For that reason alone, I recommend these vitamins.

Training for 20 plus years and these I would say are the best recovery vitamins I have ever bought. Great quality and cost effective.

Should've clarified the serving size
It actually contains 30 caps of vitamins + 30 caps of minerals. Basically it will last you for 30 days, not 60. They could've at least specify the serving size. Otherwise, the composition is somehow good
