Logitech H151 Stereo Headset

Nice headphones, good sound quality both from speakers and from mic. Comfortable enough for a couple of hours of conference calls. They are very good for the price. Let's face it this isn't Bose but they do what they were intended for very well. I use a similarly priced Verbatim headset at work that is of much lower quality. Happy with my logitech.

I ordered these as a Christmas present for my sister, so I tried them upon arrival today to check they work ok. I have a specialist & expensive main hi-fi system, and used to make high-end silver cables as a trade, so I have hundreds of hours experience of test-listening. I was very pleasantly surprised by the performance of these little headphones, particularly at this price-point. The sound quality is superb at bass and mid-range, perhaps just a tad rolled off on very high frequencies such as high-hat cymbals. On one of the CDs which I used for cable auditioning and know very well (Oldfield, Tubular Bells 2) I was hearing background details which I never heard before - albeit probably at a higher equivalent volume than I use the main system. The earpads are comfortable and have a multi-directional swivel, so you'll always be able to get them to fit closely ; and the microphone rotates 180 degrees to allow use on left or right side. I had no way of testing the microphone, so cannot review that here. My only reason for an overall rating of 4 stars rather than 5 is that inevitably at this price the build quality is rather flimsy, relying on thin plastic parts, particularly the headband and in-line volume control. So I think you would need to handle the unit carefully to avoid breakage. Follow-up : this review is for model H151. I was impressed with them, so bought a model H111 for myself, which appears to be the same model without the inline volume control. BUT - this is an inferior model in two ways. First, there are no swivels on the earpads so they don't fit nearly as well ; and the sound quality is noticeably poorer. Definitely worth paying a few pounds more for the much better H151.

I bought two of these intending to use them for online meetings. In common with other reviewers I found that the sound quality was good and for a low-cost headset the comfort was OK, though I wouldn't recommend for prolonged use. On the other hand others in meetings had trouble hearing me well, and sometimes could not hear me at all. Changing the microphone settings (boost, noise cancellation) had little or no effect and the problem was the same at work, on a laptop and on my home PC and with both headsets. I have now given up on them and bought something else. A pity, especially as I have used a lot of Logitech kit over the years with no significant issues.

use for work. Worm approx 3-4 hours a day. plug into my phone or my laptop. stop me microwaving my head with the phone and avoids hot/sweaty ears. sound quality is fine, microphone is fine. comfortable for several hours no problem. would buy these again. (i did, bought another pair for home office)

Recently bought this Logitech headset as it's a name to trust but I've been very disappointed by them. People I'm on Team and zoom calls say my voice is very quiet despite increasing microphone sensitivity and trying different noise cancelling levels. This was to replace a very cheap headset, I bought off Amazon several years ago, thinking that this headset would outperform the cheapy item but I've actually gone back to my cheap Mpow headset which people consistently say sounds very clear. What else can I tell you? The boom mike is far from the face (maybe a contributing factor?) and only adjusts up and down. The twin earphone is comfortable but I find over time the headset slips off my ears (do I have weird ears?!) The remote mute and volume control is good but that's about all the praise I can heap on this. Not your finest work Logitech.

Not good - only works on right ear, whereas my earphones work perfectly.

I bought tid headset for my youngest grandson so he could play online with his cousin in Türkiye . They are really good with the mic being clear and the earphones clear and comfortable . Excellent value for the price .

Confortable, léger. Commande de coupure du micro et du volume. Attention sur IOS13. (et peut-être IOs 12), il faut mettre la molette de la télécommande du volume général au max, sinon le micro ne servira à rien: sur l'Iphone, réglez ensuite le volume des écouteurs à un niveau raisonnable (ou sélectionnez l'option contrôle du volume dans le menu réglages si je me souviens bien) mais la méthode manuelle est tout à fait opérationnelle. Son très clair. On peut le porter micro à droite ou à gauche. Les écouteurs sont agréables, et articulés. Le micro n'a pas de bonnette, mais avec ce qui traîne, c'est plus hygiénique (un peu d'eau alcoolisée). Le câble jack 3,5 mm est suffisamment long (entre 1,50 et 2m) mais je l'utilise court. Parfaitement reconnu par l'assistant SIRI. Je fais mes recherches via Qwant, dicte mes mails ou mes SMS avec SIRI. Les téléconférences sont plus supportables, confidentielles tout en ménageant la batterie. Et on fiche la paix des collègues ou des proches sans se bousiller le coude et l'audition. IDEAL POUR LES GIC avec un seul bras, amputés d'une main, à l'épaule immobilisée, aux déficients visuels. Idem pour les professionnels valides ou pas, ou pour l'hygiène, enfin pour réduire le DAS absorbé. USAGE EN CONDUITE INTERDIT. D'ailleurs, il devrait en être de même des oreillettes. J'en ai marre des collègues automobilistes (les messageries rapides, médecins, ambulanciers, sont en mains libres) qui tiennent leur téléphone en conduisant ou avec une ou des oreillettes. Quand je conduis, je mets le mode avion ou ne pas déranger. Ou un mains libres sur pare-soleil pour appeler à l'arrêt (pas dans un virage, ni en côte...) sur une place de stationnement ou le bas-côté assez large avec warning. A voir dans la durée.

I ran it through the annoying blender test, and while my voice was slightly distorted, the headset passed with flying colors. The blender noise was almost completely muted. I’m sure there are even better headsets, but for this price? An excellent buy. Works with my phone (Samsung) and my MacBook Air (be sure to change the settings in the control panel, then it’s plug and play) for eg zoom calls. Of course it’s a talk/speech headset - get something else for musical experiences.

Facile à utiliser, confortable

Funciona muy bien. Se olle con mucha claridad y cómodo. Para por ejemplo. gente que trabaja con maquinaria. Escavadoras tractores etc. tenerlo colgado en algún soporte y cuando alguien hace una llamada colocarlo enchufarlo al móvil y contestar. Esta muy bien por qué aísla un poco del ruido de la propia maquina y se olle con claridad. Pudiendo seguir trabajando a la vez.
