Blair's Ultra Death Sauce in Coffin

Wow, this stuff is hot. Seriously, seriously hot!! The flavour is absolutely incredible considering the immense heat of this sauce. There is a vast array of chillis in this sauce which tick every box for a seasoned chilli lover like myself and leave those people seeking a challenge more than satisfied. A tea spoon of this stuff straight is enough to dominate the average person for a good 20-30 minutes, leaving them with that familiar endorphin high normally experienced after eating a raw super hot chilli. The dominant Habaneros team up with Cayenne and Serrano peppers for a strong initial kick and provide the majority of the sweet, natural chilli flavour of this sauce. The fast ramping burn of the Ghost and Scorpion peppers soon engulfs your sense, at which point you'll already be aware that you've just tasted one of the hottest chilli sauces on the planet. After around 30 seconds it's time to turn the heat up to 11 as the large amount of Carolina Reapers start to do their job. In food, this stuff is outstanding. If you like your food extra hot but regularly prepare food for a group of people who don't then this stuff is what you need. After dishing up everyone else's servings you can turn your portion of that mild chilli con carne or curry you just made for your family into an absolute monster of a meal with a very small amount of this stuff. One tea spoon will turn your jalfrezi into a flaming hot vindaloo in seconds!

This hot sauce is absolutely insane. I can usually sample any hot sauce straight from the bottle no problem, and made the mistake of thinking I could do the same with this with no repercussions... BAD IDEA... SUCH A VERY BAD IDEA. This kicked my arse straight from the first moment. This is by far the hottest chilli sauce I've ever had in my life, it feels like you've got lava in your mouth and somehow it gets hotter and hotter as time goes on (lasting for a good 15/20 minutes)! I just had a spag bol and put 6 drops in it, and I'm sat here 45 minutes later looking like I've had a stroke. I am so impressed with this sauce, it's almost TOO spicy and that's something I never thought I'd say about anything! Not only is it the hottest sauce I've ever tried, but the flavour is AMAZING. Lovely smokey flavours come through the heat... it's rare you can get a hot sauce that's so hot yet tastes as good as this. 5 stars easy... would give it 500 if the rating system would let me. If you love having your face melt off your skull, this is the one to get.

Blair’s Ultra Death Sauce is absolutely not messing around. I bought it expecting something intense, and it fully delivered on that promise. It is seriously hot, the kind of heat that builds quickly and lingers, so you only need the tiniest amount at a time. What really surprised me is how much depth of flavour it still has underneath all that heat. It is not just burn for the sake of it. When used properly, it actually adds a rich, smoky kick that works incredibly well in cooking. I’ve mainly been adding it into curries and it has been incredible. It blends in really well with spices and gives the whole dish this extra punch that makes everything taste more bold and layered. It also works really well in marinades if you like things with a serious kick. A little genuinely goes a very long way, so it is one of those sauces that will last ages even if you use it regularly. It is definitely not for the faint hearted, but if you enjoy heat and want something that actually elevates food rather than just overwhelming it, this is a great one to have in the cupboard. Overall, it is delicious, powerful, and surprisingly versatile if you know how to use it.

very hot, very happy with that as i made two friends cry and one drink about a pint of milk within 30 seconds. but came with a cracked cap and broke quite easily. but seems like a one off.

Don't even think about buying unless you are used to and enjoy eating very hot foods. That said I LOVE this sauce, whilst the taste doesn't hang around for very long before the heat kicks in, the taste is very good indeed. It tastes like lovely fresh chillis without being vinegary which is a personal problem I have with a lot of hot/chilli sauces. And then the heat kicks in, and it's about as subtle as a brick to the head, the after-burn intesifies in your mouth around two mins after eating and definately hangs around very nicely for about ten minutes. What more is there to say? If your looking for a great tasting sauce that is as hot as they come - you've found it!

As a student who likes a bit of spice, i was tired of splashing out £2 a bottle for weak ass hot sauce that would be gone after making a single chilli or spicing up a few bacon sandwiches. I needed something with a little more kick. A tenner (ish) and barely two days (i was pleasantly surprised with delivery) later i have the perfect spicy ingredient. Used sparingly i have enjoyed spice beyond compare and I'm not even below the neck yet. But be warned as too much and you will be giving it a standing ovation too. It certainly stopped me sitting down on at least one occasion. Flavour and power, the thinking man's hot sauce.

Bought this over 3 years ago (long expired but some of it is still in the fridge and I still use it). Very hot and thick sauce. Other hot sauces I have tried since using this have always been overpowered with vinegar, thinner and the heat is very short lived in the mouth. With this I can hardly taste any vinegar, the heat last a bit longer and the texture of the sauce feels more substantial. Nothing beats the lasting heat of eating fresh chillies but this tries quite hard.
