One Step: Glucose Urine 100 Dipstick Test Strips - Ideal for Quick and Easy Diabetes Testing

These are excellent sticks for giving you a rough guide to blood sugars in the urine. I say rough guide, as they display a reading that shows you an approximate amount of sugar in the urine by a colour code. When I developed blood sugar issues and could not get to see a doctor courtesy of the pandemic, I bought these to monitor what was going on and to manage my diet. Over the period I have been able to bring my BS down to the neutral colour and I am so grateful for this product. They will not tell you if you have low blood sugars, only high.

At the moment not sure. Used them twice, and both times no sugar ive been told by doctor last blood test there was something about potassium and that i was pre diabetic to cut down on sugar and loss weight if i have to. So i phined he said not pre diabetic but had a spike in my sugar. Cant win. So twice used first thing in the morning no sugar evening no sugar so dont know what to think yet.

I bought these to measure glucose in my cat's urine as the vet wanted to check his water drinking and weight gain weren't diabetes. The strips stayed the same blue indicating no glucose. I was pleased. But then I thought I'd check the strips were working so I tried my urine (I'm not diabetic but I am overweight and middle-aged!) again the strips didn't change colour. Again I was pleased. But then I thought I still don't really know if these are measuring zero or are faulty. So I mixed a spoon of sugar in a little water and tested that. The strips stayed the same blue. There was definitely a measurable amount of glucose in the cup and the strips should have changed colour, but they didn't. So totally useless and a waste of money. the pack was well within date (by over a year) and was sealed when I got it.

These glucose urine test strips are simple to use and give quick results. The instructions are easy to follow and the colour chart makes readings straightforward. Handy for home monitoring and good value with 100 strips included. Arrived well sealed and packaged properly.
