No, this does not have a built in PID sensor but you can buy cheap ones seperate that can be wired into circuit

It has no plug. Only wiring which needs to be connected to a 220v electric source

Yeah, plenty bright enough for indoor use. And better indoors as mine failed during the rainy season!!!
