Ball fantastic, Pump pathetic.
The ball is perfect, top quality. Comes with 2 sealing bungs, so one kept as a spare.The pump, well that is useless. It was in 2 parts in the package and when put back together was terrible. It didn't pump the ball up at all. Used a bike floor pump with an adapter to inflate.So as it was the ball I wanted the product is perfect, but have an alternative pump available to inflate.

Very good balance ball
The Bosu ball arrived in a new condition, although the box was not taped down. I had no problem using the included pump and the ball inflated quickly. I am very happy with the product.

Ok product, poor value for money but completely unusable pump
Pump is useless, broke within 10 mins. Honestly for such a premium priced product I've never had such a bad experience. Factor the cost of buying a different pump or adapter for a bike pump into purchasing this. If the other pump I've now ordered doesn't work this will be going back. Quality of the actual bosu ball seems good but since it's completely unusable without a pump it gets 1 star. I'd also add that the packaging looks like it's been through the wars, I'm guessing they get a lot of returns from people unable to pump the thing up

Great product BUT….
The Bosu ball is fantastic. Sturdy, with a great range of applications and so helpful for training.Would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the useless pump. For such an expensive item, you’d think the manufacturers could spend a little more in a pump that actually works. This falls apart on use and it was impossible to inflate the ball with it.Ended up buying a separate pump which was manual and similar to the one supplied with the ball but so much more robust and effective.Overall highly recommend the ball, but be prepared to buy a separate pump as looking at reviews I’m far from alone in having a poor pump experience.
