Great quality and look the part, but can be a tight squeeze to fit!
Great quality wall sockets. The finish of these are far better than most you get and the colour is true to images. Installation can be a bit fiddly with the metal back boxes due to the wiring mounts not having much clearance at the top, however was still able to fit in good time with a few minor adjustments to my back boxes. If you are using plastic back boxes this won't be a problem. Face plates are sturdy when fitted and over all look great. I'll probably end up getting the USB versions of these in the future.

It's a good product and I would consider buying again
Well built and the instructions are detailed enough so that a non-electrician can follow them easily. You should always put electrical safety first but I do respect a company that tries to educate the DIY market. The plug is nice, I wish the faceplate used a higher gage steel but it's not terrible. When properly installed, the plug looks amazing. Keep in mind that this sits flush against the wall so you may need to clean up the wall bracket, plaster, etc as this is not very forgiving to poor bracket installation. The rest is brilliant. High quality plastics, the switches feel premium and the whole product is lovely. The only reason why I can't give it 5 stars is that the faceplate holding mechanism could have been better with a stronger hold.

Replacement socket
One for one replacement. Quality product.

On/off switch failed.
Socket looks great and was working well. Unfortunately one of the switches no longer works correctly and power switches o/off randomly. BG offer long term guarantee so trying to contact them for return/exchange. Update, contacted BG, sent photos and video of issue and they sent a new item which is fitted and working brilliantly. 5 stars.

A pain to fit
These are about 25mm deeper than the standard screwed sockets so will not fit in a standard back box. This makes what should be a 5 minute job a complete pain. Avoid. Buy the standard screwed variety. Who noticed the screws anyway?
