Great way for kids to burn energy and learn proper technique. Once the base is filled with water or sand it’s not going anywhere. I filled mine with water and for the past few months it has kept its air(it’s also seems to be stuffed with cotton). The size is adjustable so I can see this being for different ages and sizes. As a bonus it comes with gloves. Great gift idea!

My son is currently enrolled in a “ninja” class where they are learning the basics of karate. We got him this punching bag as a bit of a test. He has adhd and loses interest in things pretty quickly but I am happy to report he is really into this. I think it’s the sensory stimulation for him but he really gets into the rhythm of punching this bag. Quality is great, we have the base filled with water right now but we’ll put sand in it eventually for more stability. Great for my son’s age (8) and easy to assemble.

This punching bag has been a great addition to our calm down space! It is adjustable to a couple feet in range, and it'll continue to be useful as our kid grows. We filled the base with sand and it always stays upright when it's hit. The spring is heavy duty and the amount of flex is perfect. The stitching on the bag and gloves is also very well done, and the material used seems high quality. We chose to not inflate the balloon inside as much as it could be, just to be on the safe side with how rough our kid can get. It has never lost air, even with many, many punches from him and adults! Overall this was a great deal, and the quality should help it last us a few years at least.

This was good while it lasted. Boys got too rough with hit it and the pole broke. Broke in less than a year. More suitable for younger kids and kids being monitored so they don’t try to hit it as hard as they can

I would adjust the age rating based on height and strength. It is the right height for my short 8 year old but the base still moves around a bit (only filled with water so we will empty and fill with sand

This home boxing bag is a fantastic way for my nephew to release his energy, improve his coordination and balance, and learn basic boxing moves in a fun and safe way.

A great gift for young kids to help them get excess energy out when they are overstimulated. Also it's a great way to encourage them to be active even if they can't go outside to play. It doesn't require much space and can easily be used indoors.

Bought as a gift for my six y/o niece. She crushed it in two days. Bag no longer holds air.

The punching bag looked fine when it arrived but the connector holding the bag to the base was always loose and finally broke off today. The overwhelmingly positive reviews are surprising considering the build quality.
