Hot and Cold Pack Reuse-able ( Pack of 2 )

I’ve been using this for a little while now, and I’m really impressed. The quality is exactly as described, it works really well, and it’s easy to use. Definitely a great value for the price. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something reliable and effective. I’ll keep using it and update if anything changes, but so far it’s been perfect.

Only used as a cold pack. The material on the outside is very durable and should last a long time. Only downside is it's difficult to mould around an ankle or joint as there isn't much space inside for the gel to displace. Needed to use 2 at a time to get the cold onto my achillies tendon. Would be great for other areas of the body (arm, thigh, head etc...)

These do exactly what is required, they're still malleable when frozen and heat up very quickly. Good price, arrived on time. Would recommend.

Good size, had a neck/shoulder injury so wrapped about halfway round my neck (I'm a 17.5inch collar). Heating up stays warm for a good while, and when taken out the freezer and left at room temperature for about 5mins, it is mouldable rather than being frozen solid, plus the addition of no water leakage from melting as it warms off your body heat. Really good value for money, re-useable so not sure how long it'll last but mines been good last 10 or so heat an freeze (you get 2 in a pack so I use one for ice cold and one for warm)

Great, helps with muscles,hot or cold.

Easy to use, cools down quickly but it dose not get as cold as others, the outside material is stronger and it is better quality but i believe this is why it dose not feel as cold as others. This is the second one like this I have had and they last ages and I use them everyday
