Thank you for your question. Symprove only requires refrigeration once an individual bottle has been opened. All the time a bottle is sealed refrigeration is not required, therefore delivery is via standard courier. If the order is for a month's supply (ie a 4 pack) we include next working day delivery. From October 2016 Symprove changed how this offer is claimed and now ship the last 4 bottles directly from them. So you will received 8 bottles from us and then need to call Symprove to arrange the last 4 bottles.

Hi there, assuming you can find a retailer on Amazon that sells 4 week packs and is partaking in the 12 week programme then yes, this is possible. From Symprove direct you can purchase 4 weeks at time and then once the 12 week programme is complete you receive a loyalty lifetime discount of 25% off all future 4 packs. Thanks
