Pregnacare Breastfeeding Vitamins, 84 Count (Pack of 1)

I would not recommend this product. It is poor value for money and the vitamin tablets are very hard to swallow. I bought these tablets following on from the remaining pregnancy tablets I had after giving birth to my son and I feel as though I’ve wasted my money. There are 84 tablets but it is not made clear that you have to take 3 tablets a day so actually there is only a months supply compared with the 90 day supply you get with the pregnancy tablets for a similar price. Also, the main vitamin tablets have almost the same ingredients as the pregnancy tablets. I have found these tablets so hard to swallow that I have had to order some more of the pregnancy tablets. My hair started falling out after I stopped taking them just over a week ago.

I was so excited when I purchased these tablets as I was finding it difficult to breastfeed and wasn't sure if I was producing an adequate amount of milk for my baby. I took a dose in the late evening and the following morning my breasts were massive, I was very impressed. However, on the second day I noticed mad blotches on my breasts at which point I stopped taking them and the blotching stopped. Hoping that I was not the pills that's caused this reaction i decided to give them another try, and yet again the same thing. So now, what to do???

Having used pregnacare throughout our ivf journey, then pregnancy it was always going to be my wife’s breastfeeding supplement choice. Disappointed to find a tablet missing & sealed packaging where it should’ve been. Very important that correct vitamins are taken whilst breastfeeding & as our son has cmpa it was even more important as my wife had to go dairy free in her diet. Overall no problems with the actual product just not happy about the missing tablet.

I stopped taking these vitamins at 9 months postpartum and I feel a lot better a month later. These tablets made me feel really awful: low energy, achy everywhere, painful feet, stiff knees. I don’t know what’s in them but I felt like I was dying and it made navigating being a new mum much harder. Be wary if you are still not feeling right months after birth and switch to a different brand!

I am not happy at all! The medication came damaged as a package, I am not happy with the way this product has been selected and delivered. Very incosiderate and ignorant

Missing tablets in the packaging. 5 tablets to be exact. The opened one- I accidentally opened it. I was surprised and disappointed that 5 tablets are not inside the packaging.

The box of this item came severely damaged. I didn’t have time to order a new one but needed this item. given that these are supplements it made me wary of taking them and I found it unacceptable they’d charge full price for an item that comes in such condition. Wouldn’t recommend.

Arrived damaged. Tablets were exposed to air and some were broken. I am not able to process the return to claim money back. Very disappointed.

Two multivitamins and one omega to be taken daily. Good vitamins for post-partum and breastfeeding moms.

Been taking these vitamins since my daughter was born 12 months ago. She is a happy healthy little girl that is rarely ill at all and has stayed steady in the 75 centile her whole life. Chunky little roles and perfect in every way. I don’t know if this is because of the vitamins or not but both my babies have been healthy and done well when breast feeding. Plus is have barely been ill myself the whole time is have been on Vitabiotic vitamins. I first started in the preconception ones, then went to pregnancy vitamins and then breastfeeding. When I stop feeding I will go into normal well woman vitamins.
