My weird knee caps are my downfall
I bought this after I dislocated my knee cap and needed some stability during the healing stage. Unfortunately, I have since found out that my knee caps are higher than where they should be, so it made sense why, whenever I would wear this, it never felt like it fit right. It was great and very sturdy, and it did provide great support. But it just doesn't fit me as it should.

Play A Great Support Role
Really strong knee supports. Bought one to see how well it did the job. Next day I ordered another!! They are really sturdy and with 3 velcro straps they are very secure and stay in place when moving around. I do a lot of regular exercise, go walking and gardening all summer and eventually it takes its toll. I cantotally recommend for helping with relief from knee pain.
