F300 Arcade Fight Stick Joystick for Switch/Switch 2, PS4, PS3, Xbox Series S/X, Xbox One, Xbox 360, macOS, Windows, Steam Deck and more

This is a very reasonably priced arcade fight stick - by Mayflash. It's well-made, with a very sturdy feel. It's components are not 'high-end' - but they are fully functional, and if your intention is to get regular use from an arcade stick without worrying about being heavy-handed with it then I fully recommend this item. What's great is that it's compatible with multiple consoles. It works with the PS4 and PS3 as well as the Xbox One and Xbox 360 (as well as a PC). If you're someone who plays on multiple consoles, this is a perfect arcade stick. It functions simply by attaching a wired controller (of your selected console) to it. It's 8 main buttons, as well as the stick itself, are solidly designed. I've made some good use out of this device (playing 'Street Fighter' and 'Mortal Kombat'), and it's very responsive. It does everything I've required of it ... Okay, it might not look as good as some of the expensive arcade sticks - but in terms of its usefulness, it's a great piece of equipment. And, because of the price, it's a bargain.

This fightstick is really great value for 2 reasons: Firstly its far cheaper that the top end fightsticks out there (and to be fair there are reasons for that). However despite being cheaper and having a lower quality stick and buttons that the more expensive models the parts are still decent enough for casual use. The second reason it is great is because of just how easy it is to mod. After 3 months of use I decided to upgrade the parts to Sanwa (picture attached). The installation of these parts is pretty simple, its just a matter of knowing what you need. If anyone is interested in upgrading theirs I have written a guide for it here: [...] Its smaller than some of the more expensive sticks out there which isn't really a positive or negative but for me its a bonus as I don't have space to store one of these things and this just about fits on my small desk I have my gaming set up on. its about 30 cm wide. The negatives are really only 2. The initial design is kind of boring and the button colour is a bit ugly for my tastes. Also if you want to use this on a console rather than PC then you need an official controller plugged into it. However the buttons can be replaced really easily and the controller for consoles issue is something you have to deal with if you want a universal fightstick. I use this on PC for Street Fighter V and Killer Instinct so this is not an issue for me anyway For these reasons its hard to mark it down on these things. Overall, for the price you are paying its a really great product that its decent as it comes and can be upgraded with top end parts and still cost a lot less than some of these high end fightsticks on the market.

First fight stick - using it for Tekken Overall it’s worth the purchase, the default buttons and stick are very nice. I’m not complaining. I may customise it later when I’m no longer a fight stick noob. Also, users said in other reviews that you need to plug your PS4 controller into the fight stick. You don’t. PS4 Pro is fight stick approved. :) bye

I am 54 now and was brought up with the original arcade games. I was best at Galaxians with a score of over 750,000 and scored over a million 200,000 on Defender. I have yearned to replay those games over the years and have had some close but not perfect emulations on pc and Mac. Now with a Raspberry pi 3B running Recalbox with this Mayflash 300 fighstick plugged in I have the best setup to date. I am loving it. The joystick is true to the arcade feel without need to upgrade. We will see how long the buttons and joystick parts last but when they go I will be happy to replace them with the arcade part replacements. It was tricky getting the buttons set up for Defender but well worth it. Just finished my first few games. Scored less than 7,900. A long way to go to the glory days but I am going to have fun recreating them.

Only tried with my PS4 and for that I'm finding it great for playing for shmups. It's a nice size for resting on your lap and for old challenging arcade games is a big improvement over joypads.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but some of the other reviews have left me disgruntled; For £45, this Fight-stick is a bargain! It might not be high-end, but it's a great starter, I'd say it out performs the Madcatz SE fight-stick for half the price! And that leads me to my next point; Even if you're not looking for a "starter" stick, this is a great unit for customisation. You can replace all the buttons and stick easily, for £35ish, with Sanwa parts. OK now onto the main issue; THIS FIGHT-STICK DOES WORK WITH XBOX ONE AND PS4!!!!! I honestly have no clue how so many people can't get this working with ease, so I have determined these possibilities; - You're using a 3rd party controller which will not work with this stick, it needs to be an official Sony/XBox made controller. - You have a faulty unit, which rather than come on here and cry that you "lost" £45 because the stick is "junk", you should contact the seller/manufacturer and make use of your warranty, that is what it is there for. - You're a complete moron who can't follow simple instructions. If you need a cheap stick that is value for money, and you're not fussy about it not being "high-end", BUY THIS STICK!

I bought this mainly to use with Mortal Kombat X. While this works on my system (window 10 pro) and it works with the game, the over sensitivity of the joystick makes it completely unreliable for special move execution. Take for example the character Liu Kang. One of his special moves you have to do back, forward and then press Y but due to the sensitivity of the joystick what happens A LOT of times is that the character instead of moving backwards and then forwards it goes back and then jumps forward and so the move does not work and most of the times I end up loosing the fight because of the damn jump. There is no way to configure how sensitive the damn joystick is. I am a bit disappointed with this controller, it works but the issue I have mentioned here makes it hard for me to give a better review.

Good quality and price and amazing for street fighter

This is insane, you can play in ps4, phone whatever. It is easly to connect it. Cable is also long enough to play from sofa. Shipping was fast, so i'm really glad about it.

This is a versatile joystick that is great for gaming on all sorts of platforms.

Am Anfang dachte ich "Na ja ist halt ein billiger Arcade Stick" aber meine erste Zock Session machte mich etwas stutzig. Er fühlt sich nicht an wie ein billiges Produkt. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und die Buttons sind beinahe auf Sanwa Niveau. Wer sich etwas auskennt weiß das Sanwa der beste ist wenn es um Spielhallen Technik ist. Der Stick ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Genialste aber ist das der Hersteller von Haus aus die Möglichkeit bietet das man alle Teile relativ problemfrei ändern kann. Also einfach Sanwa Buttons und Stick austauschen und schon hat man Spielhallen Qualität zu hause. Für jeden der noch nie einen Arcade Stick hatte ist er im Normalzustand schon perfekt. Das man zudem noch alle Konsolen und den Pc damit benutzen kann ist einfach nur genial. Preis Leistung ist so gut das ich mich selbst frage wie die Firma überhaupt Gewinn damit macht. MEIN TIP: Kauft euch das Produkt und bestellt euch gleich Sanwa Teile dazu. Somit kommt man cirka auf 100€ und hat einen Arcade Perfekt Stick der mit allen Systemen funktioniert. Der Umbau ist lächerlich einfach. somit spart man sich locker 100 bis 150 euro wenn man etwas vergleichbares von Hori haben will. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung ohne jedwede Hintergedanken.
