Bought these for my partner who has some health issues. The tablets are a bit big but not difficult to swallow, and have no particular taste or smell. When it comes to effectiveness, reviewing this kind of products is not that simple, and it really depends on individual experiences, hence one star taken off, since I cannot claim, in good conscience, that the product indeed does what is supposed to do. Having said that, this is a product coming from a well established and respected brand, with good formulation providing essential nutrients and minerals, so there is nothing to dislike. Even the price is competitive so go for it.

One tablet instead of a handful
Good product. My husband has been taking these for a while. Easy to swallow. Not too bad on value (if you add the cost of taking half a dozen supplements separately it’s much better value).

Difficult to know if this is good or not but got them as I thought I better start taking something now I’ve reached that age. My tennis elbow seems better and I feel better so maybe they work?? Easy to swallow although tablets are fairly large.
