**Q: Any Allergens? List of ingredients (legal requirement at point of sale)**
A: Packaging does advise that product is produced in a kitchen that handles nuts, mustard and sesame.

**Q: How do you get them to stick into a ball shape mine just spring apart after letting go of them?**
A: The trick is to get the onion and gram flour mixture to the right consistency, not too wet and and not too dry. If it's too dry - i.e. you can still see bits of flour then add a few teaspoons more of water, this will help it bind better. If it's too wet add a little bit more plain flour.

When forming the balls with your hands, having wet hands sometimes helps the mixture from sticking to your hands and get them into ball shapes just make sure to press them a bit firmly before putting them into oil.
