I primarily bought this brush set for metal ball eye cream applicator but I wound up loving all of the brushes in the set too. These were brushes that I never thought that I needed and wouldn’t use...but I was wrong. The lip scrub brush is amazing at getting the job done without getting the “goopy finger” from greasy scrubs. The dry brush is the perfect texture for light exfoliation, and doesn’t redden or irritate sensitive skin. The eye cream applicator feels amazing on tired, puffy eyes. I use the mask brush for primer application and I love how evenly it spreads the product. All of the brushes and the eye tool hold up to cleaning exceptionally well. I also love the ergonomic shape and rubberized grip of the handles as well.

So far I like it. I use all 4 brushes. I actually use the dry exfoliating brush to apply my face cream after washing, because to me the bristles are really soft and not enough to really exfoliate and I already use a face washing electric brush to exfoliate and cleanse.. The eye reviver is nice, in the prep brush I use to apply my makeup primer and the one I use probably the least is the lip exfoliator, but it is a nice set all in all.

The only stores I could find these in were selling them for twice as much so I was worried about the quality when I first ordered. But these are amazing, definitely not fakes or anything, I use them to apply all of my moisturizers, serums, etc

There is a difference from when i use my hands to apply my moisturizer. Face feels softer and i have less breakouts. ( maybe because I’m not using my hands?) I feel more product goes on my face and really gets worked in my skin. The eyeball roller is gentle and cool. Those are the 2 items I use everyday, twice a day. I did t give it 5 stars cause I only use 50% of the items in the package. I wish applicators were sold separate.

I’d get up a take a pic but the brushes are in my vanity and I’m tucked into bed. However, they are exactly as pictured and I cannot complain. I first found these brushes after watching a YouTube tutorial where the brand embassador for RT was attempting a Haily Beiber look and she began with these. After watching and listening as to why I purchased right away. I can say, for me, it has benefitted my makeup routine in a way I didn’t think possible. A noticeable difference from the first use and I’m super impressed. I know I can always count on my Real Techniques.. best and most affordable brushes in the game for sure! Some sleep on them!!

Saw this reviewed on a You Tube channel but couldn’t find it in stores at this time, may be on its way, same price but thought I would try it. First let me say I am a senior lady so I’m not looking for miracles. The plus is the eye brush, the moisture brush, both are nice. The moisture brush saves your product as using your fingers absorbs some product using the brush it sinks nicely into your skin. The eye brush is not a roller ball but gives a nice cooling effect once you dot your under eye cream on. The face exfoliating brush is nothing special but I do see it helps, don’t know if I necessarily see a change, the lip brush is ok but a good lip scrub will do better. Is it worth the price, notvreallycand I would like the option of individual purchase.

I've tried all the brushes/tools but the eye cream ball applicator is amazing. Cool to the skin and appears to reduce swelling under eyes first thing in the morning, makes applying eye cream easy and immediately effective.

They are not soft brushes but they are not supposed to be since they are exfoliating. The eye roller is AMAZING when paired with your eye cream or gel.

Ho acquistato - in momenti diversi - sia il vecchio set (arancione, composto da pennello a lingua di gatto, spatola in plastica flessibile, spugna da trucco e relativo cubetto portaspugna nero e applicatore per il contorno occhi) che quello nuovo (grigio, composto da pennello a lingua di gatto, applicatore per il contorno occhi, pennello esfoliante per le labbra e pennello esfoliante per il viso). Sono validi entrambi, ma preferisco nettamente quest'ultimo. Ho acquistato questo secondo set nonostante possedessi già il primo perché ero molto curiosa di provare i due pennelli esfolianti e perché sapevo che gli altri due prodotti non sarebbero andati sprecati: i pennelli da fondotinta della RT sono molto validi e l'applicatore per il contorno occhi è semplicemente fantastico e averne due mi avrebbe permesso di tenerne uno in frigo e l'altro sempre a mano :). Il pennello a lingua di gatto è un vero e proprio pennello da fondotinta, fatto con setole sintetiche molto, molto morbide. Quello dell'altro set risulta più compatto e meno "pelurioso", elemento che lo rende, a mio avviso, più adatto di questo a stendere creme e primer senza sprechi. Come pennello da fondotinta, invece, è assolutamente ottimo (il fatto che sia più "pelurioso" forse fa sprecare un po' di prodotto in più, però garantisce una stesura più uniforme a differenza dell'altro che risulta più simile a una spatola). L'applicatore per il contorno occhi ha in cima una sfera di metallo che - volutamente - non ruota. La a-do-ro! Prelevo un po' di crema o di gel per il contorno occhi poggiando direttamente la sfera sulla superficie del prodotto e la stendo con movimenti delicati da sotto la congiuntiva verso lo zigomo, sia sulle borse (sigh) che lungo l'osso perioculare. Ritengo che si sprechi molto meno prodotto che stendendolo con i polpastrelli e ha l'indubbio vantaggio di essere molto più fresco delle dita! Come ho detto, ne ho due: uno in frigo e l'altro in bagno. Confesso che alla fine uso sempre quello che sta in bagno, perché non ho mai il tempo di andare in cucina per terminare la toilette mattutina e a temperatura ambiente, quantomeno in estate, non posso dire che aiuti particolarmente a sgonfiare le borse, ma è comunque talmente piacevole che non riesco a rinunciarci! Quando poi mi prendo il tempo di usare quello che sta in frigo, è goduria pura! Il fatto che la sfera non ruoti impedisce a residui di prodotto di andare "sotto", dove non si riesce a pulire, con conseguente formazioni di batteri e cattivi odori, ma il fatto che sia fissa non significa che faccia fatica a scivolare sulla pelle, ve lo garantisco! Il pennello esfoliante per le labbra ha setole corte (mezzo centimetro) e molto compatte, che a mio avviso risutano un po' durette. L'ho usato con un po' di balsamo labbra e delicati movimenti rotatori, come consigliato dalla casa madre e posso dire che anche in questo modo corrisponde a un energico scrub: sconsigliato per un uso quotidiano (almeno per pelli delicate come la mia), ma sicuramente utile nei periodi in cui le labbra tendono a screpolarsi. Veniamo ora al pezzo forte del set. Il pennello ha setole abbastanza lunghe (circa un paio di centimetri), con una superficie relativamente piatta su cui spiccano tre cupolette. Il pennello è morbidissimo e a parte le coccole alla pelle uno ha la sensazione che non possa fare assolutamente nulla. Sbagliato! Contrariamente a qualsiasi mia aspettativa, la spazzolatura a secco con questo pennello lascia la pelle morbidissima anche a chi - come me - tende(va) ad avere costantemente brufoletti sotto pelle a causa della cheratosi. Lo uso mattina e sera, soprattutto sulle guance, che sono la zona del viso per me più critica e me ne sono letteralmente innamorata. Ricomprerei l'intero kit anche solo per questo pennello!

Lovely set of prep brushes. Easy to clean. Liv brush is amazing! Really help my dry lips. Eye roller is lovely and soothing and the massage brush it so nice to use before apply anything just as a bit of a rub down. The flat brush it great for applying moisturiser but can be used for foundation and other stuff too. Great set!

I was eagerly waiting for these however they were a let down. The primer flat brush is nice but the others are stiff and not what you'd expect. The eye ball brush doesn't roll so it drags at your skin. The lip buffer brush is indeed super stiff. I'll probably use 2 out of 4 of these brushes regularly.
