Woodline's 8PC Cool Blocks Bandsaw Blade Guide Blocks are precision-engineered 1/2" x 1/2" x 1" phenolic laminate guides designed for 14" band saws including JET, Grizzly, Craftsman, and more. Featuring self-lubricating synthetic dry lubricants, these blocks reduce heat and friction, significantly extending blade life and performance. Each pack includes 8 blocks, enough to outfit both upper and lower guides, ensuring smooth, precise cuts and minimizing blade damage.

## Description

For 14" Band Saws. Contains: 4 guide blocks 1/2" x 1/2" x 1" Guide blocks are 1/2" some adjustments may have to be made to ensure proper fit due to casting irregularities. Guide blocks or Cool Blocks blade guides are made from non-metallic composite material, impregnated phenolic laminate which contains three synthetic dry lubricants that lubricate the blade but do not make it oily. The metal to metal contact made by old metal guide blocks creates heat and friction which cause premature blade wear and breakage. Be careful how much you tighten the set screws, they are not made of steel. When setting them up adjust them just behind the blade's cutting teeth.
