I think it was very accurate and it prompted me to make an appt with the Dr. to improve my health any it was very easy to do.

This was an easy and cost-effective way to get some extremely important information. And it worked very smoothly, the blood collection was simple to perform and they were pretty fast with the results (about 2 days after it arrived back at the lab). I highly recommend it!

I was very angry with this company mainly because I was very frustrated because they were unable to process my sample. I have tried this twice and I personally feel the testing card it's not easy to use it all. They give you such a small space and if you have thick blood like mine even though I tried twice it's just not gonna be good enough. They were kind enough to send me a replacement kit which I thought they charged me for so I ended up being upset with that as well. As it turns out they were kind enough to send me the replacement kit for free. Everything else was great. Their customer service is great even though I was very angry they reached out to me and I really appreciate that. The website and everything else was very nice and they were very good about keeping you posted but again I'm just disappointed that the sample card was not user-friendly at all or at least it wasn't in my case.
