I have enjoyed all of the segments but the 30 minute one is my favorite. The bundle is worth it because the cost of the 3 bands and gloves would be the same without the DVD. I own the 1 - 5 mile workouts that came with a band and have purchased 2 additional bands over the last 3 1/2 years. So I am very pleased with this purchase. I really miss Leslie leading the workouts but Nick and especially Rocky are great. If you like to workout at home I highly recommend this program bundle.

Also falls ihr das Bundle in Deutschland kaufen möchtet, es ist eine DVD drin,nicht wie geschrieben 3 😉 die Handschuhe benötige ich jetzt nicht unbedingt, wollte nur das Band mit den 7 Ringen haben,dieses fühlt sich auch angenehm an,sieht zwar etwas komisch von der Oberfläche aus,aber okay.Getestet hab ich noch nix,ist heute erst angekommen 😉 bin gespannt wie es in der Praxis sein wird.

I am very fortunate that the DVD I received doesn’t have the glitches mentioned by many. I have enjoyed all of the segments but the 30 minute one is my favorite. The bundle is worth it because the cost of the 3 bands and gloves would be the same without the DVD. I own the 1 - 5 mile workouts that came with a band and have purchased 2 additional bands over the last 3 1/2 years. So I am very pleased with this purchase. I really miss Leslie leading the workouts but Nick and especially Rocky are great. If you like to workout at home I highly recommend this program bundle.

Love this workout, finally moved up to 40 minute workout after a couple of months, and just discovered glitches starting at 28 minutes left on this workout. . . And they proceed to the end! I only videos a couple of minutes. I would like a replacement copy that works, PLEASE. I absolutely get the best results from the Leslie Sansone walk fit and this Walk run lift workout, but this was too annoying for me to progress
