Q: where can i find installation instructions for this product?

Basic instructions: if no template is included, using tracing paper and a heavy pencil to trace 4 mounting holes and microwave dimensions. Transfer holes to shelf where microwave is to be mounted. Drill 4 holes slightly smaller than mounting bolts. Drill 5th hole for extension cord if necessary. Use 2 bars (front to back) above shelf to mount.

Q: What size screw is it? 1/4 - 28 3 1/2 length?

It is a fine-thread #10 machine screw (10-32). Do not buy the course-thread #10 which is 10-24. If you are installing a GE under-cabinet microwave, remember to use stainless steel screws to minimize corrosion between the screw and the nut in the microwave, which is in stainless steel. So, don’t buy zinc plated screws. BTW, nothing in this kit is stainless steel! I bought pack of two stainless steel machine screws from the Home Depot for $1.18. Length of the screw depends on the thickness of your bottom shelf + 1/2”-3/4” to engage the nut. I installed a GE PEM31SFSS microwave. In my case, I used 1-3/4” screws for three mounting holes that I drilled in the bottom shelf, and had to use one longer screw for the 4th hole that I had to drill in the front panel of the cabinet, due to inadequate depth of my cabinet. and I had only 11 inches of depth. 12 inches is recommended. I also used stainless steel 1 inch flat washers for each screw instead of the metal strap that comes with this kit. Read my review of This product for details.

Q: Will this work with a panasonic spacemaker ii?

I don't think so. It is for A GE microwave that has threaded screw holes on top of the cabinet.
