Can be grainy
Its ok if its mixed with water only, i tried with clear protien and juice.

Great alternative to pills and patches.
Love this, it mixes will with water and juice. If not drank within in a few min it sill setle to the bottom of your cup/container.

It works and it doesn’t upset my stomach!
I cannot take the pills. They make me sick for hours. But I can take this liquid supplement with zero nausea or stomach upset. And It tastes good! I actually enjoy it, so I don’t dread it. You do have to stir or shake it after mixing with water after every few sips. It settles pretty quickly. But I don’t mind at all. I can take my vitamins like I’m supposed to now! And I have my energy back. I was feeling ill because I was not taking my vitamins. Now I feel good again. (I had a modified duodenal switch).

Celebrate! It works!
It is a very good product. Mixes in cold water very well. Need to stir or shake occasionally because there is some product that sinks to the bottom. The flavor is too strong at 8 oz to 1 scoop for me. I doubled the water and added ice. No nausea or adverse effects. I had WLS 7 weeks ago and needed a liquid vitamin and this works perfectly and I get fiber and calcium too!. Thanks.

The best hands down!
The best tasting Vitamin hands down. It's making this first week of RNY surgery so much easier. Shipping was fast and packing was adequate. My only complaint is there isn't an option to by individual packs in large quantities.

It's okay if you want liquid vitamins in a powder form. However, the taste can be overwhelming. Hold your nose and chug it down
