Rip off

Paid $30 for $10 worth of candy and they dont do returns on this item. Won't ever order bulk candy like this again. I bought 32 full size candy bars for $22 at Sam's which just amplified the rip off this purchase was. Mainly tootsie rolls and cheap candy. Smh
