Review: easy to use - LOVE IT!!!! I wish I would've bought it sooner. I usually take my things to Office Depot to get bound, now I don't have to. It's quick and easy to use. We homeschool and now I can get my booklets done quicker.
Review: Love It!!! - Why did I wait so long to buy this?! I am obsessed with my binding machine!!!! I probably should have bought the one that doesn't have the little electric part on top because I have never bothered to use it. I adjusted the margin for my booklets a little, and I am happier with that. I had to adjust the top and bottom margin a bit with the paper guide (this will make more sense if you actually have the machine in front of you). Initially, my papers and covers had a half hole at the bottom. Adjusting this fixed the issue. The only other issue I've had is that I bought some thick, leather-looking plastic covers. The first several books I made with them, I had trouble getting the bottom five or six holes to punch completely--even punching one cover at a time. Since then, I have accidentally positioned my hands on the handle differently, and everything punched fine!!! Like. . . I punched all the rest of the pack of 50 when I was having a good day because I'd had so much trouble in the past. No problems. The trick is to put more weight on the left-hand side of the handle.

Broke on 3rd use. Used less paper than recommended. It's now stuck upright and won't work at all. Horrible. Not worth the money spent. No contact for customer service. Absolute nightmare.
