Does this flour need to be refrigerated?

I personally don't, but I go through it relatively quickly (like a bag a month). It does have a zipper closure to keep it airtight, and does not say on package to refrigerate.

What is the shelf life?

I believe it has a short shelf life so I freeze the flour till I need it.

What is the Best By date on this flour?

The last bag I have in my freezer says "October 2018", so I'd say it's good for at least 6 months from date of purchase. I buy 4 at a time and keep in freezer until needed. It is excellent flour - I bake bread twice a week and this is my flour of choice. Best to you!
