Thick enough that it’s not sheer and loose enough that it doesn’t feel restrictive but not a baggy hot mess either. Looks good tucked in or out.I really like the cuff on the short sleeve. Bought the white one short sleeve and long sleeve last spring (2023) and wear them all the time and it’s still in good shape. Wearing a lanyard all day did create some pills on the collars at the back though…but most of my shirts are like that bc the lanyard from my job is scratchy…hence why I wear the collared shirts.Just bought the blue short sleeve too and still the same quality six months later.Please make more colors in the short sleeve! :)For sizing…I’m 140 lbs 5’5”, very pear shaped so I wear XS or S on top and the small fits just fine. I have small shoulders and the shoulder seams were a little big, but I haven't washed it yet and even if it doesn't shrink it is still a flattering blouse, very well made and seems like good quality. I bought it especially for travel so that I can wear it with jeans, under a sweater or blazer or with dressy pants or a skirt with jewelry. Aside from the slightly big shoulder seams, everything fit so well. I'm even able to button it around my big hips and it still hangs nicely down the back. I may even order a medium and a large in the white to see the difference, but I will feel very comfortable in the large. It's a very classy looking blouse. Honestly, I've seen blouses like it in nice stores and they were going for $50.00 to $100.00. I hope it washes well, but I'm pretty confident it will. My only complaint is that I would prefer a shorter cut. I'm not a fan of tunics and this blouse is close to a tunic length. The material is exactly what I was looking for. I wish the short sleeve blouse came in more colors.
