Review: I like it very much except for the stand that it came with. Now I use a microphone boom arm. - The microscope, camera, and screen work very well. But I don't like the stand. It does not go as high as I would like, and every time I need to reposition it I have to loosen and tighten some screws. So I bought an Elgato Wave Mic Arm Premium: https://www.desertcart.com/Elgato-Wave-Mic-Arm-Broadcasting/dp/B09737ZXMK At first I thought I would need to make an adapter to use the wave mic arm with the microscope. But it just so happens that the Elgato arm uses the same screw thread as the microscope mount! (see photo). With the above mentioned modification it is much easier to position the scope wherever I want. It saves a lot of time and greatly extends the vertical range.

The microscope, camera, and screen work very well. But I don't like the stand. It does not go as high as I would like, and every time I need to reposition it I have to loosen and tighten some screws. The price on this machine is fantastic so you cannot expect lab quality results. It does exactly what it says, so be sure the magnification is sufficient for what you need. This is not at all a replacement for a lab quality microscope, but I could see it being very beneficial for educational purposes because of the camera and screen. Overall a great value for the price and it is definitely more portable than a lab scope.
