I normally wear size 11 shoes. My dive booties are size 11 shortys. What size fins do I need?

I’m the same size as well. The Large size fins are the right size for 11. Large accommodate sizes 10 to 12.

Are these positively bouyant?

I believe they are neutrally bouyant

Do the yellow fins come with a spring strap? The photos of all the other fins show a spring, and the yellow fins (very different) do not.

from what i can tell off the add in Amazon is that pair of yellow guns looks like the sports kind which is adjustable straps no spring on that one probably for a much more presise fit
