It is only a cover. There are loose stitches everywhere. It appeared to be made in a rush. I immediately contacted the seller and pointed out the description was for a foot stool and ottoman pouf. They are refusing to pay for the return shipping for the item, even though it was not as described. They have no desire to uphold decent customer service and admit their description was inaccurate by not stating "Cover" or "Cover only".
